What They Taught Me

What makes a story special? Good characters. What makes a good character? A good character teaches us something. We go on journeys with them. We learn hard truths through them. They are the vessel into the story and they show us the truth the author has learned. The lessons stick with us forever. Here are things I’ve learned from characters I love.
