Intro
Hello everyone! Happy fall! Tis the season where pumpkin flavor runs rampant, where school starts again, when ghost stories and thankful praises are common. Fall is also a fun time to write, to wear sweatshirts, and to read! Here are books I want to try to read before the season is up and why I want to read them. Hopefully I’ll keep my word. I’ll try to!
Six of Crows Duology by Leigh Bardugo
I have heard such good things about this duology. I’m in the middle of reading the Shadow and Bone trilogy and can’t wait to get into Six of Crows. Six of Crows follows six weirdos who come together for a heist! A good old fashioned heist set in a tsarpunk fantasy world! I’ve heard that you should read the Shadow and Bone trilogy just to read this!
Gilded by Marisa Meyer
I am so excited for Marisa Meyers latest book to come out! Not only because the cover is a masterpiece. This author has a knack for fairy tale retellings and this one is a retelling of Rumpelstiltskin! Instead of it being set in a sci fi world like the Lunar Chronicles it is set in this dark fantasy world where there are phantoms and creepy spying ravens!
Letters to the Lost by Brigid Kemmerer
I’m getting into contemporary romance and this book as such an interesting and touching idea! So basically this one girl copes with her moms death by writing letters to her and leaving them on her grave. This one guy has to do community service at the graveyard and he comes across the girls letters. He reads them and is so touched that he writes back. Dun dun DUN!
The Bone Houses by Emily Lloyed-Jones
I want to read this soon because it is October and I want a somewhat spooky book. So there are zombies called bone houses and this girl has to protect her village alongside a mapmaker. What could go wrong? Honestly, I just love the premise and I want to read a book with eerie vibes for October.

Will I go through with this TBR? I hope so! We shall see! Mwahahaha!
