SOMEONE WE KNOW WROTE A BOOK!!!!!
Hello everyone, this is Sarah Twilight and I have the immense honor to be reviewing World Of Silence by Kaytlin Phillips!
About World Of Silence
Fledge Owenby lives in a bunker with his family, he longs to join his brothers on the battlefield and hates that despite the fact of him being a very talented archer, his abilities amount to nothing in the eyes of others because he is deaf. When he is accidentally left behind during a dragon attack Fledge must fend for himself. When a dragon saves his life Fledge begins to see that there is more to the creatures that meets the eye. Galexia is a dragon without fire or a voice, banished from dragon society. Armed with a journey left by his father, Fledge decides to help Galexia gain her fire and voice, finding a kindred spirit since she too lives in a world of silence. As the two embark on their journey, what starts out as a simple quest turns into an adventure in which answers are uncovered, new bonds are made, and the discovery that the war is based on a lie.
My Review
This is a five star read. Fight me if you think otherwise.
This MG fantasy really brings me back to the fantasy’s I used to read all the time and it was quite refreshing. Fledge is a relatable character that you can really connect with. Galexia is awesome and I wanna pet her.
Like the cinematic person I am, I am already picturing how I’d make this into a movie and how I’d incorporate the deaf element. Anywho…
This book is super clean and I’d recommend it to Louise‘s younger siblings and my brother (if my brother was into reading).
Also my dyslexic brian really enjoyed the writing style and formatting, just sayin’.
All in all this is a good book, so go read it!
(I received this book free from the author. The opinions I have expressed are my own and I was not required to write a review. I am disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s 16 CFR, Part 255.)

May 23, 2022 at 2:14 pmLol same, I was wondering how you’d make a movie with a deaf main character too!! Like, how would you go about that? Would you not let there be any sound at all, including music? Hmm. Anyway, great review, girl!!
